First floor: living room with open-plan fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, Senseo electric and pod coffee-maker), small bedroom (1 bed 140x200), separate WC, shower room. Upstairs: attic sleeping area (2 beds 80x200 or 1 bed 160x200). Reversible heat pump heating not included. Private parking (2 cars) at the rear of the gîte. Front garden (65m²) shared with another gîte. Tourist tax extra. Restaurant 1 km away, by reservation only. Secure bike shelter.
