First floor: large living room (50 m²) with bay window overlooking the horse club's pastures, fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, Nespresso filter and pod coffee maker) opening onto living room. Back kitchen with washing machine. 1 separate WC. Office leading to first floor: 3 bedrooms with velux windows: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), 2 bedrooms (2 beds 90x190), 1 bathroom (bath and shower), 1 separate WC. Beds made on arrival. Compulsory cleaning fee of €80 (for corporate rentals, a cleaning fee of €80 per week is compulsory). Hiking trails on site, Fishing 4 km away. Secure bicycle storage. Pets not allowed.
