Close to the Baie de Somme, between land and Sea, this independent Holiday cottage (105 m²) has an enclosed garden (500 m²) and a fenced pool at the back with a swing and slide (1000 m² of outdoor space). First floor: fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, Senseo, Tassimo pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker), dining room, living room with wood-burning stove, bedroom (1 x 160x200 bed), bathroom. Separate WC. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140x190, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 90x190, relaxation area on landing. Unenclosed private parking in front for 4 vehicles. Secure bicycle storage. Electric heating (extra charge) 8 kwh/day free of charge 1 basket of wood free of charge. A €70 cleaning deposit is required (retained if cleaning is not done). For your comfort, beds are made up for your arrival at no extra charge. Basement: washing machine, gaming room with table soccer, ping-pong table, ball, rackets.
