In the countryside, 10 minutes from the sea and 7 kms from Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, for a day or two, a weekend or more, with family or friends, we offer you a warm welcome in our house, completed in 2014, set in 6900 m² of enclosed grounds with secure parking. Inspired by the Anglo-Saxon style with its bow-windows and noble materials (brick, wood and slate), La Charmeraie offers the appeal of an "old-fashioned" home with today's comforts. The park, with over 140 ornamental and fruit trees, and the flower garden, with over 400 different species of flowers and plants, are entirely dedicated to biodiversity. A promise of relaxation and calm, close to the Baie de Somme, with many activities nearby. Discover the Baie de Somme as you wish... The Parc du Marquenterre will delight nature-lovers, as will seal-watching at Cap Hornu. Crossing the Bay on foot with a guide and returning on the Chemin de Fer de La Baie de Somme train is an unforgettable experience. Or perhaps you'd prefer to hike or bike, play golf or tennis, try your hand at canoeing or kayaking, or take a guided trip on the Baie de Somme boats...and then, relax and unwind on our terraces overlooking the flower garden and wooded park, where it's not unusual to see pairs of pheasants catching their breath, a flock of wild geese flying over the property and recognize the songs of tree finches, blackbirds, wagtails, woodpeckers... all these resident birds nestling in our trees and hedges.

7 km from Saint-Valery-sur-Somme and the Baie de Somme, the house offers 2 bed and breakfast rooms (Ysaline and Gabriel) and 1 suite with 2 bedrooms (Charles and Léonie), located on the first floor of the owners' house.¶
The Ysaline and Gabriel rooms: 1 bed 160 × 200 each. and a Charles and Léonie suite with 1 room with a bed 140 × 200¶ and 1 room with 2 single beds 90 × 200.¶
The Ysaline and Gabriel rooms have a private bathroom with a 90 × 90 shower and WC. The Charles and Léonie Suite rooms share a private bathroom with a 90 × 90 shower and separate toilet.¶
The rooms are under the eaves with exposed beams and oak parquet flooring with bespoke furniture, Louis-Philippe style. Facilities : Wi-Fi, 4K UHD connected TV with Smart TV functions.¶
Breakfast served on the first floor under the veranda, whatever the weather. Available: common room with relaxation area, lounge, refrigerator, microwave, 4K connected UHD TV.¶
Enclosed, secure grounds of 6,900 m², with alarm system and video surveillance, wooded parkland and flower garden. Secure parking in enclosed courtyard.¶
Secure bicycle shed. Green'Up Access socket for electric vehicle. Visitor's tax: €0.77 / day / person (+18 years), extra.¶

Justine Magnifique séjour à la Charmeraie
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de deux nuits à la Charmeraie. Les hôtes ont été d’une grande gentillesse, toujours disponibles et attentionnés. Leurs recommandations de circuits à faire en Baie de Somme et de restaurants à découvrir ont été vraiment précieuses et nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour.
La chambre était très confortable, parfaitement propre, et décorée avec goût. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, généreux et gourmand avec confitures faites maison et les œufs des poules du jardin : un vrai régal pour bien démarrer la journée !
Un grand merci pour cet accueil chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Den's La perfection
2è séjour dans cette chambre d’hôtes, déjà très satisfait du 1er 3 ans auparavant.
Maison magnifique, chambres niveau 1ère classe ++.
Propriétaires trés attentionnés pour assurer la qualité du séjour.
Petit déjeuner copieux avec de multiples confitures maison avec les fruits du jardin, les oeufs des poules en liberté, viennoiseries et fruits à volonté.
Adepte régulier des chambres d’hôtes depuis plusieures années, le niveau de celle ci est exceptionnel et se situe dans les 2 premières de mon expérience au travers des différentes régions de France- Cleanliness

Séjour très agréable hôtes dévoués et à notre écoute chambre très confortable petit déjeuner extraordinaire si vous passez par Arrest n hésitez pas à vous arrêter à la charmeraie....mais réservez 24h avant votre venue !!

Patrinda Un moment suspendu
Un petit coin tranquille, niché dans un écrin de verdure préservé, où chaque plante pousse en paix, au rythme de la nature, sans artifice. Le jardin de 6000 m², véritable havre de vie, résonne des chants d’oiseaux et s’épanouit entre arbres fruitiers généreux, fleurs odorantes invitant à la rêverie. La vue s’ouvre sur la nature, l’odorat s’éveille aux parfums délicats, et le goût se réjouit des fruits goûteux, des confitures maison et des œufs frais offerts par des poules heureuses.
On s’y sent invité au calme: on y resterait volontiers, installé, un livre à la main ou simplement à contempler la vie qui s’y déroule. L’accueil des hôtes est à l’image de leur jardin : attentionné, généreux, sincère, animé d’une envie de partage et d’un profond attachement à leur région.
La baie de Somme, avec ses lumières changeantes, ses paysages à perte de vue et ses villages pleins de charme, vient parfaire cette parenthèse enchantée. Un immense merci pour ce séjour ressourçant et ces moments suspendus.
