Holiday cottage (90 m²) located in the owner's courtyard with independent entrance, close to the exceptional site of the Baie de Somme, in the village. Enclosed courtyard (90 m²). Terrace (20 m²). First floor: fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, mini-oven) opening onto living room. Separate WC. Tumble-dryer. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom with sloping ceilings (1 bed 140x190). Electric heating not included. Bicycle shed. Possibility of visiting the breeding farm. 5 km from St Valéry /Somme. 1.5 km from the Somme towpath. Parking in the courtyard. Only 1 pet allowed with a supplement of €3/day (available: bowl, canicrottes bag) + deposit €50 + compulsory cleaning (€45) to be paid on site. Optional extras (sheets, towels, cleaning package, etc.) to be paid directly to owners. 5 km to St Valery sur Somme for electric vehicle recharging.

Val Belle expérience
Très belle petite maison, bien fonctionnelle et avec de l’espace pour chacun. Un léger bémol pour le côté Triplex (2 escaliers) et l’aspect mansardé des chambres du dernier étage qui a beaucoup de charme mais un peu "handicapant" pour de grands ados. Je recommande très fortement car très bien placé également pour faire l’ensemble de la baie de Somme sans faire beaucoup de kilomètres.

Claireb Très sympa
Séjour très agréable, le gîte est très fonctionnel et adapté à de jeunes enfants, agréable et bien situé par rapport à de nombreux sites à visiter. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux (merci pour la spécialité d'Antoine ! ). Si nous revenons dans la région, nous n'hésiterons pas à louer de nouveau ce gîte.
