Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction cooktop, Nespresso pod coffee maker, washer-dryer) open to the living room with a pellet stove. Bathroom with a large shower. Separate toilet. 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200). Outdoor furniture. Access to the shared garden: a 1,200 m² former farmyard with an unprotected pond on the property (not recommended for babies and young kids). Chickens, ducks, and a peacock on the property.
