The Holiday cottage is located at the crossroads of 4 major centers of interest! To the north, the beautiful City of Arras, Louvres Lens, to the east, the 14/18 war memorial circuit and the Museums of Albert, Péronne and Villers Bretonneux among others. To the south, Amiens, with its cathedral, St Leu district, hortillonnages, theaters and cinemas. To the west, the Sea, the great white sandy beaches, the Bay of the Somme and St Valery. In Doullens, a small town of character 7 km away, you'll find the Vauban citadel, the town hall and the "salle du commandement unique", a cinema, a swimming pool, tennis courts and all the shops you need. Vines on the property and the possibility of buying the first wine "made in Somme", chardonnay for the white and pinot noir for the red.

In the village 4 km from the Authie valley, in a trotting stud farm, detached former jockey's house (120 m²), overlooking grassland and close to stables. First floor: living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer), separate WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200), 1 attic bedroom (2 beds 80x200), bathroom with shower and WC. Electric heating. Covered carport on request, gated parking on property. Enclosed garden. 1 dog (no puppies) accepted with MANDATORY 70€ cleaning fee. Cats are not allowed. Bicycle shed. Pasture and horse stables (trotters) around the Holiday cottages. Electric vehicle recharging station 7 km away. Possibility of buying red or white wine: "LA COUR DE BERENICE" The first wine produced in the Somme, produced on 10 ha, 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot noir. Only 1 hour from the coast, but the peace and quiet of the Countryside after the hustle and bustle of summer!
