Facing the Larronville marshes, in a quiet, unspoiled setting, single-storey Holiday cottage (73 m²) next to the owners' house, with separate entrance. Kitchen (with fridge/freezer, dishwasher) opens onto a large living room. 2 bedrooms: a large bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a bedroom with 3 90x200 beds (possibility of making a king-size bed 180 x 200). Large shower room (Italian shower, WC (with grab bar on the right of the person). Separate WC. Terrace (50 m²) with barbecue. Garden (500 m²), parking in courtyard. Pets not allowed. 2nd Holiday cottage at same address. PARKING Only one vehicle per rental is allowed in the courtyard of the property. Other vehicles and guests' cars must park outside on the street in front of the property, without obstructing vehicle exits. 4 electric charging points in the village 1.5 km away.
