A "free" private parking lot, just beside the Holiday cottage and reserved for guests, is very convenient for carefree parking. The private enclosed garden at the back of the house and the terrace invite you to relax. Walk into the City along the quayside promenade to the Beach, restaurants and medieval town. The Baie de Somme is just a stone's throw away, so you can soak up its changing lights.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140) with en-suite shower room and WC, and 1 bed 90 on the landing. Electric heating (extra charge). Enclosed garden (40 m²). Wooden terrace. Free private parking for 1 car next to Holiday cottage on property. TV . Wifi Internet. (fiber). Pets not allowed. Holiday cottage specially adapted for bicycles. Baby welcome. Cleaning deposit of 70 € to be paid on arrival. Electric vehicle charging station in the village 350 m away. Bicycle shelter.

Calme et confort

Gîte spacieux, bien équipé et propre. Calme et sérénité avec le petit jardin. Literie confortable pour les seniors. Place de parking privée à côté du gîte appréciée car tout est payant partout à St-Valéry. Proximité du bourg à 10 mn à pied. Les propriétaires habitent à côté et sont disponibles et accueillants

A spacious, comfortable and well equipped house

The house looks quite small from the outside but goes a long way back and is actually very spacious. It is comfortable, stylishly decorated and has everything we need for a week’s holiday. It has a small, pretty garden with table, chairs and loungers. The owners live next door and are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the town of St Valery while being in a quieter street. It has its own parking space which is a definite bonus. I would definitely stay there again.

Nettes Haus in zentraler Lage

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Küchenutensilien sind vielfältig. Der Garten ist ein schöner Rückzugsort. Man kann die Mahlzeiten auch draußen genießen.
Im Haus selbst ist vielleicht ein bisschen viel Deko zu finden, aber die Einrichtung ist insgesamt stilistisch stimmig.
Hier und da fehlen 10% für eine Top-Bewertung: Ein Deckenspot in der Küche flackert, im Bad ist ebenfalls eine Glühbirne defekt, die Lüftungsanlage in Bad und Küche riecht muffig. Alles Kleinigkeiten, die die Eigentümer sicher beheben können.
Nervig ist die Voliere mit Enten beim Nachbarn nebenan. Tag und oft auch Nacht hört man lautes Geschnatter, nur selten gibt es Phasen der Ruhe.

Der Ort ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren in die Umgebung und hat ein großes kulinarisches Angebot.
