Electric heating (extra charge). Fenced garden (40 sq.m.). Free private parking (1 car) on the property next to gîte. TV. WIFI, Internet (fibre optic). NO pets. Gîte suitable for cyclists/bikes. Laurence et Antoine vous accueillent en Baie de Somme, dans un gîte qui était à l'origine une maison de "maraicher et son jardin".
La maison trouve une nouvelle vie après rénovation en gîte Rural labellisé "Gîte de France 3 épis" en 1999.
Saisonniers dans le domaine du tourisme, à Saint Valery sur Somme et en Savoie pendant des années, Laurence et Antoine choisissent la Baie de Somme pour installer la petite famille, à la naissance de leurs 3 filles .
Les Defente partagent le plaisir de vivre en Baie de Somme!

Séjour très agréable
5/5Gîte très bien situé, bien équité.La propriétaire a été toujours à l'écoute. La place de parking est vraiment un grand avantage. Nous avions des inquiétudes sur l'utilisation de la chambre sur le palier, mais à part l'accès à la salle de bain/toilettes, ça ne pose pas de problèmes. La présence de nombreuses tables a été appréciée (jeu de société, bureau...).

Calme et confort
5/5Gîte spacieux, bien équipé et propre. Calme et sérénité avec le petit jardin. Literie confortable pour les seniors. Place de parking privée à côté du gîte appréciée car tout est payant partout à St-Valéry. Proximité du bourg à 10 mn à pied. Les propriétaires habitent à côté et sont disponibles et accueillants

A spacious, comfortable and well equipped house
5/5The house looks quite small from the outside but goes a long way back and is actually very spacious. It is comfortable, stylishly decorated and has everything we need for a week’s holiday. It has a small, pretty garden with table, chairs and loungers. The owners live next door and are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring the town of St Valery while being in a quieter street. It has its own parking space which is a definite bonus. I would definitely stay there again.
