Located at the entrance to the village of Caulières, a stone's throw from the Oise and the Seine-Maritime, this old family home in the heart of a private, wooded and enclosed garden of 1500m², will be ideal for a relaxing holiday as a couple. , a reunion with friends or a family reunion in the veranda where all generations will easily find their place. It is the perfect starting point to make the most of the attractions of Picardy. A stone's throw away are the Vallée des Evoissons hiking trails. They lead to the village of Poix de Picardie, animated among other things on Sunday mornings by its traditional market, and dominated by the Saint Denis church from the 16th century. JLB Bon séjour familial dans un cadre agréable
Nous sommes satisfait de notre séjour à l'occasion du nouvel an 25, nous étions 6 adultes et 3 jeunes enfants. Accueil sympathique et discret des propriétaires. La note est de 5 (excellent) pour ce gîte. Les enfants ont pu profiter du terrain et de la grande véranda. La maison est suffisamment grande pour que chacun y trouve une place au calme s'il le souhaite. Seul bémol, qui pourrait être amélioré, l'odeur persistante désagréable dans la salle de bain du bas.

JPN Noël au chant du pinson
Un petit séjour pour Noël en Picardie. Accueil toujours aussi sympathique gite décoré pour Noël, avec petit panier de produits locaux, et une cheminée prête à l'emploi). Propriétaires attentionnés et très discrets.

Kloppenburg Prima vakantie huisje voor grootgezin
Een geweldig vakantiehuisje voor groot gezin of een vrienden groep.
Na het ontvangst van de 2 aardige eigenaren de rondleiding en de financiële afhandeling. Een mooie uitleg gekregen wat er te doen is in de omgeving. deze uitleg gaat gepaard met mooie tips aan de hand van de kaarten welke aan de muur hangen. Hoewel ze voornamelijk frans spreken komen we er samen met google translate en handen en voeten er prima uit(gelukkig spraken langzaam frans dan kan ik het wel volgen terug spreken wordt wat moeilijker :) ). Ook verrast met plaatselijke lekkernijen en een wat te drinken in de ruime koelkast met vriesvak.
Het huisje heeft alles voor een onbezorgd verblijf.

Wifi( das natuurlijk onmisbaar in deze tijd voor de kids)

en natuurlijk voldoende zit gelegenheid en een mooie serre waar je heerlijk kan ontbijten en s'avonds als het afkoelt heerlijk kan gaan zitten.
Lekker buiten eten aan de picknick bank welke groot genoeg is en lekker stevig.
Mooie ligstoelen in de tuin en een heerlijk omheinde tuin zorgen er voor dat je de kleine kids met een gerust hard in de tuin kan laten lopen.De jongst heeft heerlijk gespeeld met het speelgoed wat aanwezig is vooral de Peppa Pig spulletjes waren favoriet.
De prijs is prima en de eigenaren staan voor je klaar om tips te geven en komen meteen in actie mocht je problemen ondervinden tijdens je verblijf.
kortom wij hebben een prima verblijf gehad, in dit mooie gedeelte van Frankrijk waar voldoende te beleven is en te zien. wellicht komen we in de toekomst nog eens weer vertoeven op deze mooie locatie.
