Geographically well located in the heart of the Haute Vallée de l'Authie, our gîte benefits from a preserved environment with a lake, a carefully landscaped ornamental garden with flowers and various species of trees and shrubs. Our guests will have the opportunity to discover the tourist attractions of two beautiful regions: Artois and Picardy (many natural sites and rich and varied historical heritage).

In the Authie valley, Holiday cottage (54 m²) accessible via an outside staircase. Independent access and entrance opposite the entrance to the owners' house. View of the river, woods and pond. Living room with kitchenette, sitting room, 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), shower room, WC. Beds made up. Oil-fired central heating included. Communal enclosed garden (2000 m2). This Holiday cottage is not open to corporate clients. Cleaning deposit of €20 required on arrival. No-Kill fishing in private pond (2000 m²) available on site (after prior agreement with the owner): roach, carp... but no predators. Farmyard on site, donkey. 2 adult bicycles on request. Secure bike room. Other Holiday cottage nearby (n°91006). 1 small pet allowed. Close to Great War sites. Located midway (30km) between Amiens and Arras. Large communal pond 1.5km away (€18/week)l . Electric recharging point 7km away and electric recharging point on site (consumption to be paid for on site).
