For a quiet getaway for two, vintage-style studio gîte in a quiet lane in the village of Eperlecques, not far from the D221 main road. The nearby forest, blockhouse and museum, and towpath are ideal for walking or cycling.

You'll be 12 km from the beautiful town of Saint-Omer, with its cathedral, museum and theater, 20 km from the Saint Omer golf course, 32 km from Calais, 23 km from Oye-Plage and Gravelines, 43 km from Cap Gris Nez and Blanc Nez, 45 km from Boulogne and Nausicaà.

Studio/Loft 40m², all on one level. Independent entrance into a small alley, with public parking in front of the gîte. Terrace area with garden furniture, private to the gîte, overlooking the owners' enclosed garden.

Fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 4-burner induction stove with oven, washing machine), separated from the bedroom by a dining area with bar and 2 stools.
Shower room with 90x100cm walk-in shower and vanity unit.
