In the heart of the 7 Vallées, Mouchette, the double heroine of the great writer Georges Bernanos, who set his great novels in this high Artois region, gave his name to the house. The writer's spirit floats here. The living room with its large period Devres tile fireplace, Moroccan desk, antique doors and other carefully furnished rooms invite you to rest and travel.

As well as immersing yourself in the history of this place, which used to be the town hall café next to the village school, the region itself will not fail to teach you about its rich past: Azincourt, its medieval center and battle, Montreuil-sur Sea, a fortified town full of character...Your stay will also be an opportunity to explore the various Hiking trails around Créquy, and to enjoy beautiful bike rides on the winding roads that follow the region's rivers.
