Welcome to our gîte located in the heart of the Parc Naturel des Caps et Marais d'Opale in the triangle of Boulogne sur Mer, France's 1st fishing port with Nausicaa, France's largest aquarium 27km away, Calais, its lace museum, port town, belfry and departure for an escapade to England by ferry or Eurotunnel 21km away and Saint-Omer, its marshes and Notre Dame cathedral: a magical, historic place 26km away, in the pretty village of Licques, famous for its famous poultry.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this green setting. We're just 1km from the village center, where you'll find all kinds of shops and numerous hiking trails nearby. Desvres earthenware museum and arts and crafts village 18km away, Guines marshlands 11km, Ardres lake 9km.

Detached house located in a former farmhouse built in the traditional style. Parking for 3 cars in the courtyard. Private, enclosed garden at the back of the holiday cottage, with direct access from the kitchen and living room. Outdoor furniture, lounge chairs, barbecue, swing.

Ground floor: living room, wood-burning fireplace, large corner sofa, 130cm flat-screen TV. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave with grill, 4-burner induction cooktop, washing machine).
Bathroom with a 120x100 walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.

Upstairs (narrow staircase, 55 cm wide): 1 double bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200) joined to form a single bed (180x200), 1 double bedroom with 2 twin beds (90x200). 1 separate toilet on the landing.

Baby equipment available upon request. Wi-Fi. 1 free basket of firewood; additional baskets available for an extra charge.
