Welcome to our gîte located in the heart of the Parc Naturel des Caps et Marais d'Opale in the triangle of Boulogne sur Mer, France's 1st fishing port with Nausicaa, France's largest aquarium 27km away, Calais, its lace museum, port town, belfry and departure for an escapade to England by ferry or Eurotunnel 21km away and Saint-Omer, its marshes and Notre Dame cathedral: a magical, historic place 26km away, in the pretty village of Licques, famous for its famous poultry.

Enjoy the peace and quiet of this green setting. We're just 1km from the village center, where you'll find all kinds of shops and numerous hiking trails nearby. Desvres earthenware museum and arts and crafts village 18km away, Guines marshlands 11km, Ardres lake 9km.

Detached house located in an old farmhouse of traditional construction. Courtyard parking for 3 cars. Private enclosed garden to rear of gîte, direct access via kitchen and living room. Garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, swing.

First floor: living room with wood-burning fireplace, large corner sofa, 130cm flat-screen TV. Fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave grill, 4-burner induction hob, washing machine).
Bathroom with 120x100 Italian shower, washbasin and WC.

Upstairs (narrow staircase (55cm): 1 double bedroom with 2 90x200 beds, which can be converted into 1 180x200 bed, 1 double bedroom with 2 90x200 beds. 1 separate WC on landing.

Baby equipment on request. Wifi access. 1 basket of wood offered, next basket extra.
