Warm and spacious, it has been renovated in soft, natural colors. The charm and authenticity of its refined decor give it the feel of a family home. Its spaciousness makes it a comfortable and convivial gîte. Lamps are available to create a soft, intimate atmosphere. The decor reflects a turn-of-the-century spirit. Together with the garden, the house has over 200m² of furnished outdoor space to enjoy the fine weather, palm trees and bamboo.
Thanks to road and motorway links, it's easy to discover a beautiful region with a rich industrial and cultural heritage: 30km from Arras and the World War 1 memorial sites, 14km from the Louvre-Lens museum, 40km from Lille and its stores, 100km from Boulogne sur Mer, the sea and Nausicaa.
The town of Noeux-les-Mines boasts shops, restaurants and Europe's largest artificial ski slope.
L'Oasis Artésienne is a 140m² old house with private parking.
Ground floor: entrance, spacious 30m² living room with TV-Internet corner, library area, equipped with a 6-person table, 1 sofa, 3 cabriolets and various poufs. A second 12m² living room with sofa, pouffe and herbal tea corner, communicating with the veranda and terrace. A separate fitted kitchen also opens onto the veranda and garden. A fully-equipped bathroom with shower and vanity unit with drawers. Separate WC.
First floor: landing used for relaxation, books and games. Separate WC. A spacious bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, a second bedroom with 2 x 80x200 beds that can be converted into 1 x 160x200 bed. Possibility of an extra single bed on request.
Charges included: Heating, electricity, bed linen and towels.

Il y a beaucoup de choses à découvrir et dans des domaines très variés: culture, patrimoine, nature, gastronomie... Il y en a pour tous les goûts!

Gersois Toujours au top
C'est toujours un plaisir de séjourner dans ce gîte. Martine est une suoer hôtesse et le gîte est toujours aussi agréable. De plus nous avons pu profiter de l'agréable petit jardin et même manger dehors car le beau temps était avec nous.

J'aime à ce que mes invités se sentent bien dans cette maison et comme vous le signalez plusieurs personnes m'ont dit également qu'elle vaut bien 4 épis.
Mais il vaut toujours mieux être agréablement surpris....que le contraire!

David Fantastic stay!
What a find. As a base for visiting the area and Belgium the location is perfect. The Gites was exceptionally clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated with historical pictures of the area. The garden is an oasis and the owner was very welcoming with a lot of helpful information. In terms of quality/value I have found few places throughout France that can match it. The only downside was the owner provided some lovely chocolates and snacks for us which meant we had to do more walking! Thoroughly recommend.

Gigi Court séjour
Depuis début 2023 je loue de temps en temps ce gîte. J'avais besoin de m'y sentir comme à la maison, (confort, équipement au top, véranda et jardin) Martine, toujours dispo, nous accueille avec des petites douceurs et avec quelques petites décorations selon les saisons.
