Ground floor: Entrance hall, fitted kitchen opening onto dining room, pellet stove, separate living room with sofa, TV (80cm). 1 large bathroom with corner bath, double vanity unit and shower (130X115). 1 dressing room with drawers, shelves, closets and shoe rack. 1 separate WC. Electronic dartboard and board games in the hall. Upstairs: pellet stove on landing. 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and 2 bedrooms, each with 1 bed 140x190. 1 separate WC. Possibility of 1 bed 90x190 in a small bedroom (6.5m²). For professionals, maximum 4 beds in 4 different bedrooms. Charges included: heating, electricity, bed linen and cleaning.
