Now a family seaside resort, this was once a peaceful fishing village. The owners were keen to restore the house to its former glory, and this authentic fisherman's cottage offers an atypical interior.
Inside, the modern sailor decor creates a warm atmosphere, while outside, the blue facade and the murmur of the waves, just 100 meters away, invite you to escape. The outdoor areas are designed to make the most of every moment of the day: a sunny terrace in the afternoon and evening, and a second terrace bathed in light in the morning.
As you step through the gates, the Sea and its vast expanses are just around the corner - the perfect location for an unforgettable vacation. Beach walks, relaxation, water sports, cultural discoveries... it's impossible to get bored here, whatever the season.
7km from Boulogne-sur Sea, 10km from Hardelot, 28km from Le Touquet
Fisherman's Semi-detached house 50m from Beach access, semi-detached with a house on one side in a courtyard with enclosed, private garden with few neighbours.
Free public parking lot nearby.
First floor: living room including checkroom with coat hooks and shoe storage. Equipped kitchen opening onto dining area. Lounge area with 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, coffee table, 80cm TV. Bathroom with Italian shower, 2-sink vanity unit, cupboard with washing machine, heated towel rail and WC. Separate WC. (3 steps between living room and bathroom).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with a 140x190 bed. Landing between the 2 bedrooms with dressing room, ironing board and iron.
Terrace in front of the house with garden furniture and parasol. Small terrace at the back of the house.
Baby equipment on request.
Charges included Water, electricity, heating, bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning.

RoMi Sehr schön
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Les Matelots. Florence hat uns herzlich empfangen und tolle Tipps gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Meer ist super, auch wenn die Treppe zum Wasser eine kleine Herausforderung ist. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

KaRo Charmantes Fischerhäuschen
Wunderbares, mit viel Fingerspitzengefühl renoviertes altes Fischerhäuschen mit kurzem Weg zum Strand. Komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Vielen Dank an Florence und David für den herzlichen Empfang und die vielen guten Tipps zu Ausflügen und Aktivitäten!

Les Auvergnats Quel bonheur
Cette maison typique totalement rénovée mais ayant gardé son charme et son authenticité , merveilleusement placée à 2 pas (et quelques marches) de la plage nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour de découverte et de repos pour franchir le pas vers 2026.
Le gite est lumineux, chauffage très efficace ce qui est bien appréciable après les ballades hivernales vivifiantes, fonctionnel et dans un quartier très calme.
Nous remercions chaleureusement nos hôtes pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et renouvelons nos félicitations pour le travail de rénovation effectué.- Cleanliness

Séjour très plaisant dans ce gite de bon confort. très bien situé à proximité de la mer et des plages. Propriétaires très accueillants, attentifs au bien être des locataires.

BeeBreizh Eine schöne stürmische Woche in Équihen-Plage
Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt im neu und mit viel Geschmack renovierten Haus von Florence und David. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch im maritimen Stil eingerichtet, die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Besitzer sind sehr fürsorglich und immer erreichbar. Ein besonderer Punkt ist die Nähe zum Strand, ca 20m die Straße hinab und man sieht ein tolles Strandpanorama, bei gutem Wetter sogar die Klippen von Dover.
Wir haben uns bei Florence und David wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.- Cleanliness
