Gîte 73 m², with private enclosed grounds, courtyard, terrace and private parking. Possibility of 1 ha of shared grounds with children's play area.

First floor: living room with kitchenette (stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher), lounge area, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 x 190), 1 bathroom (1 washbasin, 1 shower: 90 x90), 1 separate toilet.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 x 2-person bed 140 x 190, 1 crib), 1 bedroom (2 x 1-person beds 90 x 190), extra bed possible, 1 shower room (1 basin, 1 shower), 1 separate toilet.
