Located outside the village in a quiet setting, this semi-detached house is attached to other buildings and comprises 2 holiday cottages. Shared fenced-in property, courtyard, and terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue. Ping-pong table, trampoline, goalpost, basketball hoop, and bocce court.

Ground floor: living room with kitchen area (gas/electric stovetop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer), separate living room with fireplace and insert. 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 x 200), 1 bathroom (walk-in shower, 1 sink, towel warmer, washer with built-in dryer), 1 separate toilet.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds, 90 x 190), 1 bedroom (4 single beds, 90 x 190), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).

Security deposit.

For weekend and midweek rentals: sheets included and beds made. Firewood: first basket free, then charged based on usage.
Maximum 1 dog per stay; allowed only in living areas. Housekeeping included in the rental price.

The price includes: End-of-stay cleaning, a flat rate of 8 kW of electricity per day, and water.
Bed linen provided for stays of 2 to 4 nights
