Ground floor: living room with fully-equipped kitchen (gas/electric hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, tumble dryer), sitting area with wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190), 1 bathroom (walk-in shower, 1 washbasin, washing machine), 1 separate WC.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with 4 single beds 90x190, 1 shower room (shower, washbasin, toilet), small mezzanine with possibility of 1 sofa-bed.
