Located on the GR 120 and 3 km from Cap Gris Nez, classified as a "Grand Site des Deux Caps", a remarkable natural site offering spectacular views of the English Channel and coastline on a clear day. Close to Nausicaa Boulogne-sur-Mer, Europe's largest aquarium and 2nd largest tourist attraction north of Paris, and museums including 39-45 and lace. Supermarket, several restaurants and bakery in the village. Monday market.
Horse-riding 4 km away, sailing 8 km.
Direct access to the beach for swimming, fishing and walking. Hiking trails nearby to discover the natural beauty of the Opal Coast. Water sports available: sailing, kitesurfing, paddling, etc. Cultural visits: Explore the region's historical heritage and sites of interest. Close to local shops, restaurants and tourist attractions in Audresselles.
In the center of the very quiet village of Audresselles, 50 meters from the sea, a semi-detached house adjoining another holiday cottage, set back from the street. Enclosed property with a courtyard, terrace, and garden. Free public parking lot on the nearby street.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen/dining area (4-burner glass-ceramic cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer), a dining area, and a living area with an 80-cm flat-screen TV. Bathroom with a 90x90 shower, sink, heated towel rack, and washing machine; 1 separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with one 160x200 bed each, and one connecting bedroom with one 120x190 bed and one Bed 90x190.

Greet_a Magnifique séjour à Audresselles
Gîte bien entretenu. Très soigné et bien équipé. Petite remarque : le jardin est en bon état, mais la clôture est constituée principalement de buissons matures. L'intimité est bonne, mais ceux qui voyagent avec de jeunes enfants ou, comme nous, avec un chien, doivent en tenir compte. L'emplacement est fantastique et, comme le cottage se trouve dans une petite ruelle, il est très calme. Le propriétaire n'a malheureusement pas pu être présent lui-même, mais la communication a été très fluide et amicale. Nous voyageons souvent via les Gîtes de France et n'avons jamais eu de réels problèmes. Mais celui-ci est fortement recommandé.

Mamik Alles was man braucht
Sehr schönes und sehr gemütlich eingerichtetes Ferienhäuschen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt in der Küche alles was braucht, sogar ein Raclette, wenn auch ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage ist top, man ist sofort am Meer. Parken war im Herbst kein Problem. Leider gibt es nur eine Toilette. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss, wo sich die Schlafräume befinden ist sehr steil. Das Dreierzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer.Hat uns nicht weiter gestört, da wir nur zu dritt waren und die anderen Räume nutzten.
Wir hatten hier einen wunderbaren Urlaub und würden hier nochmal buchen.- Cleanliness

Arrabee Séjour très agréable
Situation idéale, dans un joli petit village, au bord des côtes de la Manche. Décoration charmante. Tout est prévu pour passer un séjour parfait. Seul bémol, un wifi très capricieux, et un escalier intérieur très raide.

Une charmante adresse idéalement située à proximité de la mer et des commerces. La maison typique de la région est décorée et aménagée avec soin. Nous y avons passé un séjour formidable en famille avec nos enfants et les grands-parents. Tout le monde y a trouvé son bonheur. On reviendra!
