A 120 m² holiday cottage with a separate entrance, nestled in the heart of a square-shaped farm with a paved courtyard, a sunny terrace with garden furniture and lounge chairs, and a beautiful view of the garden with fruit trees, horses, and a river. Large private porch at the entrance for a car or motorcycle. Private parking for 2 cars.

The holiday cottage, which can accommodate up to 7 people, consists of the following on the ground floor: a large, open-concept room, a living room with a 90 cm TV, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a central island featuring 2 ovens, 3 gas burners, and 1 electric cooktop. Wi-Fi, cleaning service €60 per 15 days for long stays.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 bed (160x200), each with a bathroom featuring a 1m20 x 90 cm shower and a towel warmer, and 1 separate toilet. 1 bedroom with 3 beds (Bed 90x190), 1 bathroom with a 1m20 x 90 cm shower and a towel warmer, and 1 separate toilet. A baby bed with a bathtub and high chair is available upon request.
