A holiday cottage located in the Course Valley, just a few kilometers from the Opal Coast and its fine sandy beaches—in particular the famous seaside resort of Le Touquet Paris Plage. 23 km from Desvres (Ceramics Museum, arts and crafts village), featuring a bike and motorcycle shelter.
What could be more enjoyable than making the most of your stay between land and sea to explore the nearby fortified town of Montreuil-sur-Mer—ranked as the second favorite village among the French—and to wander through the countryside of the Course Valley, an ideal setting to recharge your batteries while surrounded by nature.

The Neuville-sous-Montreuil Charterhouse is 9 km away. Montreuil-sur-Mer is 10 km away. Desvres is 23 km away. Le Touquet is 20 km away. Berck is 25 km away. Boulogne-sur-Mer is 32 km away. Cap Gris-Nez is 53 km away. Cap Blanc-Nez is 60 km away.
An 83 m² holiday cottage that won an award in the “Fleurir le Pas-de-Calais” competition in 2024 and has received, for the fourth consecutive year, the Departmental First Prize and the Montreuillois First Prize.
The semi-detached house is attached to the owner’s home, in the center of the village. It is an old cob-walled structure. Private fenced-in property, private unfenced parking area, 190 m² lawn (garden furniture, lounge chairs, barbecue). Bike/motorcycle shed.
Ground floor: Separate kitchen with 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, dining room, living room with corner sofa and TV, bathroom with bathtub and shower, sink, and separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and a second refrigerator.
Upper floor (access via a steep staircase): 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (Bed 140 x 190), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190). 1 baby bed. Gas heating.

Ysknyn Deux Frisons dans le Boulonnais
Un séjour agréable au « Pigeonnier », malgré une météo peu clémente. L'escalier est raide pour les personnes âgées, mais on arrive dans une belle chambre avec un lit charmant! Il y a un magnifique jardin parfois visité par un écureuil.

Mathilde An excellent week at Inxent
a very sympatic house in a little village. ? the owners nice and friendly always willing to help, without being meddlesome. The gïte is well-equiped, especially the kitchen. There is a nice authentic cheminee and everything is very clean.
The region invited to visit Touquet Paris-Plage, Etaples, Cambries, Montreuil-sur Mer, l'Abbaye Chartreuse de Néuville. Enough to fill a week of holiday.
There are no shop in Inxent, but there is a big supermarket (E. Leclerq) within soms kilometers.
The only thins a bit difficult at the gïte are the stairs, a bit narrrow and steep, for older people.
