Gite located in a quiet hamlet in the commune of Helfaut, 7 km from Saint-Omer (lively town center, cathedral, Unesco-listed Marais Audomarois, Maison du Marais, Helfaut cupola 3 km away (39/45 war museum), Clairmarais forest.

We look forward to welcoming you to this brand-new, fully-equipped gîte, and to advising you on the many activities and good addresses available. Mountain bikes for adults and children are available, and there are many hiking trails starting from the gîte.

A 90 m² rural holiday cottage adjoining the "Le Petit Bois" holiday cottage and the owner's home, fully renovated, with private parking, a large shared fenced-in garden with access to outdoor play equipment (small wooden playhouse, slide, swing, bike), patio furniture, and a barbecue.

On the ground floor, a large entryway with a separate restroom, a living room (with 2 large sofas and 1 armchair), pellet stove (first bag included; €10 per additional bag), living area, and fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher), flat-screen TV with satellite decoder, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 140x190), one bedroom (one double bed, 140x190), and a bathroom (double sink, 70x110 shower, washing machine).

Upstairs: one bedroom (2 single beds, 80 x 200, convertible into one double bed, 160 x 200).

The price includes: Heating and electricity up to 24 kWh/day (any excess will be billed), sheets, and the first bag of wood pellets.
The price does not include: Housekeeping, bath linens, and additional bags of wood pellets.
