Located in St Étienne-au-Mont, 2.8 km from Hardelot beach, Ecault and Equihen-Plage, lovely 106 m² detached house for up to 6 people. Outside, private parking, terrace, garden furniture, private enclosed garden surrounding the house, 6-person outdoor inflatable spa (open from 01/05 to 30/09).

First floor: kitchen (electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave) opening onto living room with pellet stove and flat-screen TV. One bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, bathroom with bath and shower, 1 washbasin, 1 WC. Laundry room adjoining the kitchen, with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs: relaxation area with 2-person sofa-bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190 and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190.
