You'll be charmed by the rich biodiversity and calm of this gîte, nestled in the heart of the marshes. Situated on a vast green plot of around one hectare, with an orchard and access to a pond, perfect for fishing enthusiasts.
Whether you're with family or friends, you'll each enjoy your own privacy, thanks to private bathroom facilities in each room.
There's plenty to do in the surrounding area, with something for everyone: the Féeryland amusement park, a visit to the historic town of Saint-Omer, the Coupole d'Helfaut, boat trips in the marshes... If you're feeling more sporty, take a walk or cycle along one of the many hiking trails.
Just 2.5 km away, in the village, you'll find a wide variety of local greengrocers offering fresh, seasonal produce.
10km from Saint Omer, 15km from La Coupole d'Helfaut, 30km from Belgium, 60km from Boulogne sur Mer, Nausicaa and Lille, 65km from the Louvre Lens, 80km from the 2 Capes site.
Detached 76 m² Holiday cottage with private, unenclosed garden not overlooked by the owners' land. Fruit trees and access to the owners' private, unenclosed pond.
First floor: fully-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, microwave, coffeemaker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine) with dining area. Living room (3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, 80cm TV, closet, bookcase and desk).
Upstairs: 1 Bedroom (2 twin beds 80X200, desk, chest of drawers). 1 Bedroom (2 twin beds 80X200, desk, chest of drawers). Private bathroom for each bedroom with 80x80cm shower and washbasin. 1 separate WC.

Le crayonnrur Un gîte nature à l'ame artistique
Si les muses devaient elire domicile dans le marais audomarois, ça serait près de l'etang magique et privé du gîte, où les rayons dorés couchants colorient le lieu d'un ocre olympien. Pan le dieu de la Nature se promène autour de la pièce d'eau accompagné des libellelules, des papillons et croquant des fruits du Verger. Le gîte est à l'image de ses occupants : agréables et charmants. Poussez la porte du Clos Marie, un moment de bonheur vous y attend.

Hilhan rustige gite
Kleine gite, mooi gelegen in de natuur, wel dicht tegen baan naar St Omer.Alles aanwezig. Visvijver dichtbij maar weinig vis in.

Géo trouvetou CLAIRMARAIS
Séjour très agréable et reposant. Excellent accueil de la part des propriétaires. De très bons moments passés en leur compagnie et surtout de très bon conseil (personnes adorables et charmantes). Semaine courte malheureusement vite passée mais bien remplie. Beaucoup d'endroits à découvrir et à apprécier. Je pense revenir plus longtemps la prochaine fois afin de découvrir plus en détail le marais audomarois. Encore un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur hospitalité.

Chouchou58 Petit coin de paradis
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte plein de charme. Le cadre correspondait exactement à nos attentes. Caché dans un petit écrin de verdure et de nature, nous nous y sommes sentis très bien.
Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli avec le sourire et la bonne humeur. Marie-Laure et Claude sont deux personnes discrètes, généreux et dans le partage.

Nad Endroit extra
Super séjour pour nous! Nous avons pris plaisir à découvrir la partie jardin aménagée et surtout la très grande partie qui est comme une réserve naturelle. Nous avons pu y photographier une grande quantité d'insectes, de libellules,... Malheureusement, nous ne sommes restés que 4 jours et restons sur notre faim...On compte donc bien y retourner!
Le gîte est agréable avec d'un côté une baie vitrée qui amène beaucoup de lumière et par derrière, une zone herbacée avec tables et sièges avec vue sur l'étang.
Les propriétaires sont des gens très sympathiques avec qui nous avons pu converser concernant notamment la nature.- Cleanliness
