In the heart of the owners' estate, discover this charming 100m² detached house decorated with taste and refinement. Its two bedrooms each have their own shower room to ensure the comfort of holidaymakers, while the warm, open-plan living room and fully-equipped kitchen invite you to relax and share.
Ideal location for World War 1 remembrance tourism (Vimy or Notre Dame de Lorette memorials, cemeteries, museums, Wellington quarries, memory ring at Ablain St Nazaire 8 km away), Arras 15 km away (main square and old town, numerous shops and restaurants, belfry, Mainsquare festival, golf...). Parc d'Ohlain leisure park 20 km away (adventure course in the trees, mini-golf, outdoor swimming pool, 4-season tobogganing, archery...), you can also enjoy long walks in the Ohlain national forest. Louvre-Lens museum 10 km away. Béthune 25 km. Lille 52 km. Hiking trails nearby.

First floor: large 50m² living room with lounge: comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs, 150cm flat-screen TV, dining room, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, microwave, built-in oven, kettle, toaster, pod coffee maker, cookeo, convivial appliances etc. Laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer). Separate WC with washbasin.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (20m²) with top-of-the-range bedding and linens, each equipped with 2 beds 90x200 cm that can be twinned into 1 double bed (180X200), flat-screen TV, private bathroom (shower 120x90cm, 1 basin). Separate WC.
All charges included: electricity-heating, bed linen, towels and cleaning included.

gîte confortable
5/5Un séjour de trois nuits avec un couple amis. Nous avons été accueillis par la charmante hôtesse, le gîte dispose de tout le confort, des lits avec un bon matelas, un coin extérieur pour profiter du soleil. Nous remercions l'hôtesse pour ses bons soins.

Beautiful, quiet Gîte
5/5This gîte is fabulous. It is set in a private courtyard, next to the owner's house.
The owners have created a spacious 2 storey gîte out of an old farm building. Everything was spotlessly clean and well presented. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The lounge had lots of seating, from a huge sofa, to more formal, upright chairs. Towards the second exit to the courtyard was a toilet and a separate room containing a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Upstairs, at the top of the stairs, is a compact shared toilet. There are two large bedrooms, each with their own en-suite wash basin and shower. The beds are extremely comfortable. Our bed was probably the softest bed we've ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. The linens are of very good quality.
Outside, the owners have built a private garden area for the gîte, complete with sun loungers, a table plus four chars, all shaded by a pergola.
The owners and their family were so friendly and hospitable. They were very generous to us, but we won’t share on this website just how generous they were. (Our little secret)
Overall, a superb, quiet gîte that I would highly recommend.
