Located 300 m from Wissant Beach and its shops, this 100 m² house is semi-detached from another house and features a ground floor and first floor. Private, fenced-in backyard with a patio and parking for one car.

On the ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, electric stovetop, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), opening onto the living room with a decorative wood-burning stove (wood for one fire provided), sitting area (2 three-seater sofas and 1 armchair, TV, Livebox), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x200), bathroom, and 1 separate toilet.

On the 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160x190), 1 bedroom (3 single beds 90x190), bathroom, separate toilet.

Options to be arranged directly with the owner: End-of-stay cleaning service, sheet rental, pet fee (€20 per week).
