A 124 m² apartment located on the 1st floor of the Tourist Office, sleeping 6 people. It has a separate entrance via the small street at the back of the building. The building has an elevator (there are 5 steps to climb to reach it).
The apartment includes: a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen; a living room area furnished with 3 sofas, a bench, 2 coffee tables, and a television (80 cm); a dining area with a round table, opening directly onto a private south-facing terrace equipped with a table and chairs.
Bedroom 1 for 2 people: 1 king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), storage space, a desk, and a private marble bathroom with an oval bathtub (160 × 90 cm), double sinks, and a separate toilet.
