50 m² holiday cottage, attached to a garage (which is attached to the owners’ semi-detached house), located entirely on the ground floor. Enclosed, shared property with a courtyard, garden featuring outdoor furniture, a barbecue, 1 lounge chair, enclosed parking, and a pétanque court.

Ground floor: Living room with kitchenette equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave, and oven; 1 bedroom with a Bed 140 x 190, which can be converted into a double bed. 1 bathroom with a 90x90 shower, sink, and separate toilet.

The price does not include: heating, electricity, sheets, towels, and a cleaning fee (available for payment on-site).
