You'll enjoy the tranquility of the grounds, with their large landscaped garden and poplar grove, as well as the many activities and attractions the region has to offer.

Its location is ideal for discovering the Saint-Omer region (20 km), the bacôve (a traditional local boat) in the Unesco-listed marshes, the historical and cultural sites, and the many walks starting from the gîte.

Detached house set in 1000 m² of enclosed grounds. Private parking for 2 cars. Possibility of parking a 3rd car in front of the gate in the street.

First floor: lovely living room with fitted kitchen opening onto dining area and lounge area with 4-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table and 100cm TV. Access to the veranda with garden furniture, opening onto the terrace (sun loungers and barbecue) and garden. Pretty landscaped garden with a small pond.
One bedroom with 140x190 bed and wardrobe. One bedroom with 160X200 bed and wardrobe. Bathroom with Italian shower 160x80, vanity unit and washing machine. Separate WC.

Upstairs, on the mezzanine level of the living room, accessible via a mezzanine staircase (rather steep, not suitable for children or people with mobility difficulties). One bedroom with 2 twin beds 90x190, wardrobe, desk.
