This former barn, once used to house cows, has been completely refurbished in typical local style. A new home has been fitted out to welcome you, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and the activities of the sea, just 3 km away.

Baie d'Authie 2 km, Bagatelle amusement park 4 km, Berck-sur-Mer and its beach 3 km, Montreuil-sur-Mer and its ramparts 13 km, Le Touquet seaside resort 14 km, Baie de Somme and Parc du Marquenterre 22 km, Nausicaa aquarium in Boulogne-sur-Mer 37 km.

In February, Enduropale in Le Touquet; in April, international kite meetings in Berck-sur-Mer; in August, Les Misérables sound and light show in Montreuil-sur-Mer; in October, Beach Cross in Berck-sur-Mer.

On the outskirts of the village, 68 m² Holiday cottage, not overlooked, with 105 m² enclosed grounds, next to the owners' property. Garden table, barbecue, deckchair. Parking for 2 cars.

First floor: living room with kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, lounge with 3-seater sofa and two armchairs and flat-screen TV (80 cm). Bathroom with shower (140X100), 1 washbasin, 1 separate WC. One bedroom with a 2-person bed (160x200).

Upstairs: mezzanine with BZ sofa-bed, bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed.

Electric radiators. High chair, bath and baby bed available on request. WIFI

Tourist tax: €1.75 per day for the entire Holiday cottage from 01/04 to 31/10, payable to the owner.

Electric vehicle charging will be charged extra.

Utilities not included: heating (included in rental price from 01/06 to 30/09), electricity, cleaning, towels and sheets.
