Shared grounds of 1000m², private terrace with weber barbecue. Ground floor: living room with fitted and equipped kitchen (electric oven, vitro hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave), sitting area with comfortable 4-seater sofa, 3 armchairs, coffee table, flat-screen TV and Baby-Foot1 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x200), 1 shower room (2 basins, 1 shower 90x90), 1 separate WC. Wifi Internet access. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x190 and 1 baby bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90x190), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160x190), 1 shower room (1 washbasin, 1 shower 90x90, washing machine) and separate WC. Deposit, possibility of renting towels. Overcrowding strictly forbidden, i.e. 7 people max. No arrivals on Sundays (except by prior agreement with the owner).
