First floor: well-appointed living room with fully-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, 3-burner induction hob, dishwasher, microwave...) opening onto dining area, sitting area with 2-seater sofa, 100cm TV, pellet stove, library area. (Direct access to terrace from kitchen area). Corridor with dressing room, separate WC with washbasin and space for washing machine-dryer.
Upstairs bedroom with 160x200 bed, desk and plenty of storage space. Bathroom separate from bedroom with 160cm bath, 120x190cm Italian shower, vanity unit and WC.

Utilities included: heating, water, electricity, bed linen, cleaning and towels.
