You'll be close to local shops, bakeries and restaurants, and just a few minutes' drive from the region's tourist and historical sites... Ideal for holidays with family or friends...

In the tranquility of a green village in the Sensée valley, 15 km from ARRAS, a spacious, comfortable gîte offers a large lawn with trees and a sunny terrace. A separate entrance, enclosed grounds, swings, covered parking and a boulodrome are reserved for two gîtes on the same plot.

Enjoy the benefits of the countryside, just 12 km from freeway exits and no more than 20 km from major towns (ARRAS, LENS, BAPAUME)... and the Nord (CAMBRAI, DOUAI) and Somme (PERONNE, ALBERT...) departments.

Close to the A1 and A26 freeway exits, 15 km from ARRAS and its TGV station, its belfry, France's favorite monument, and its UNESCO-listed citadel, 32 km from LOUVRE-LENS and the world-heritage mining basin, 50 km from Lille-Lesquin airport and not so far from BRUGES and Belgium, On-site pedestrian trails and 14/18 war memorial paths.

First floor: Living room with fitted kitchen (4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, pod and filter coffee maker) with dining area and open-plan living area with 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa and 80cm TV. 1st bedroom with 140x190cm bed. Bathroom with washbasin and large shower for disabled access. Separate toilet with PRM access. Laundry area with washing machine.
