Gîte Le L'Arsène

Large, modern and comfortable 115m2 gîte for 6 people in the village of Wardrecques, in the heart of the Audomarois region. Designed with the whole family in mind, for the little ones there's a large play area with toys and a library with lots of children's books, and for teenagers, table soccer, darts, playstation and connected TV. Older guests can take advantage of the relaxation area with spa (optional), terrace and barbecue to enjoy the warm weather.

Many sites to visit in the vicinity: La Coupole d'Helfaut 10 km away, the Marais Audomarois and Les Faiseurs de Boats 12 km away. You can easily visit the beautiful City of Saint-Omer, with its cathedral, museum and theater, Saint Omer Golf course 20km away, Boulogne/ Sea and Nausicaà 60km away.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be converted into 1 double bed (ask the owner for the desired configuration). Bathroom with 80x80cm shower, washing machine and heated towel rail. Separate sanibroyeur toilet. Large walk-in closet.
Upstairs: master bedroom with 140x190cm bed, private shower area and TV. Games room with sofa-bed, TV, Playstation console, darts, DVDs...Games area with table soccer, toys and books. Separate sanibroyeur toilet with vanity unit.

Wi-fi included. Pets allowed (2 max)
Charges included: electricity, heating, water, bed linen, cleaning, towels.
Check-out possible on Sundays until 2:00 pm.
