Here, peace and quiet mingle with authenticity, while remaining close to the shops and restaurants that punctuate local life. Local markets, offering fresh fish and local produce, add a gourmet touch to the experience.

Equihen-plage's central location makes it easy to explore the entire coastline. To the north, Wimereux and the Site des 2 Caps offer spectacular cliffs and sandy beaches. Further south, Le Touquet and Berck offer a lively atmosphere, water sports and cultural events.

Semi-detached house for 6 people attached on one side to another dwelling on an unfenced plot of land with opposite neighbours.

First floor: Entrance with coat rack and separate toilet. Living area with corner sofa, armchair and TV, opening onto dining area with TV and arcade terminal, and fully-equipped kitchen (oven, 3-burner hob, fridge, etc.) No dishwasher.
1st floor: Bathroom with shower and vanity unit. 1st bedroom with 90x190cm bed. 2nd bedroom with 90x190cm bed. 3rd bedroom with 140x190cm bed. Dressing room with steep staircase to 4th bedroom.
2nd floor: 4th bedroom with bed 140x190cm (Not recommended for Kids for safety reasons).
