Ground floor: fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, pod coffee maker, fridge, oven, dishwasher, 2-burner hob), living room with corner sofa bed, 70x40cm flat-screen TV, Internet connection. Bathroom with 90x140cm shower, washbasin, WC, washing machine.

Upstairs, an air-conditioned bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, baby equipment on request.
