Holiday cottage located next to the owners' home with a separate entrance; the property is fully enclosed by walls and secured by an electric gate. Parking for 2 cars.

On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, pod coffee maker, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, 2-burner stovetop) and a living room with a corner sofa bed, a 70x40 cm flat-screen TV, and Internet access. Bathroom with a 90x140 shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.

Upstairs, there is an air-conditioned bedroom with one 160x200 bed; baby equipment is available upon request.

The price includes: heating, electricity, sheets, and towels, plus end-of-stay cleaning.
