Treat yourself to a natural interlude in this 6-person Holiday cottage. With all modern comforts and private outdoor spaces to share good times around the barbecue, the owners have thought of everything to make your stay a memorable one, whether with family or friends.
Nestled in the heart of the Countryside yet close to the coast and long sandy beaches, there's no shortage of things to do: Hiking, cycling, cultural and gastronomic discoveries, swimming, water sports, amusement parks..... Ideally located close to the Côte d'Opale, but also just a stone's throw from the Baie d'Authie and the Baie de Somme.

Holiday cottage for 6 people in the owners' courtyard, adjoining another holiday cottage, private enclosed garden not overlooked.
Ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen, dining area, sitting area with 2 3-seater sofas, 105cm TV, closet. Bathroom with half-moon shower cubicle and 1-basin vanity unit, separate WC. Direct access to the equipped terrace from the living room.
Upstairs, bedroom 1 with 1 x 160x200 double bed, closet, bedroom 2 with 2 x 90x200 single beds, chest of drawers, bedroom 3 with 1 x 160x200 double bed, chest of drawers.
Shared laundry room with the other Holiday cottage, including cleaning utensils, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Excellent séjour. Gîte aménagé avec goût la propriétaire est très agréable et apporte une attention particulière pour que ses hôtes se sentent bien. Nous recommandons l'endroit et si nous devons revenir dans la région, c'est au Pic Epeiche que nous dormirons.

Berna Vacances en famille
Nous ( 3 adultes et 2 enfants 8 et 5 ans)avons passé deux excellentes semaines dans le gîte Pic Épeiche : accueil très chaleureux et explications précises de notre hôte sur le fonctionnement de la maison. Propreté impeccable. Équipement très fonctionnel et complet ( électroménager, vaisselle etc). Literie très confortable et très soignée. Les terrasses du jardin sont très agréables et ensoleillées. La situation du gîte est optimale au niveau des plages, randonnées et visites culturelles. Très grand merci à nos hôtes.

Merci beaucoup pour cet avis, vos 15 jours au gîte se sont bien passés et c'est toujours pour nous important de le savoir. Votre séjour en famille avec les enfants qui ont été super gentils avec notre petite Sweetie. Encore merci et peut être à une prochaine visite au Pic epeiche.
