It features private, unfenced grounds, a terrace with patio furniture, 2 lounge chairs, a barbecue, a garage, a garden, a ping-pong table, and a foosball table.

On the ground floor: A fully equipped kitchen (glass-ceramic cooktop, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer), opening onto a large living room with a flat-screen TV, a seating area with a sofa bed that sleeps two, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), 1 bathroom, and 1 toilet, all wheelchair accessible.
