Fishing is permitted at the bottom of the garden, in the marsh, with a Concorde fishing permit. Daily and weekly permits are also available.
In the heart of the Parc Régional des Caps et Marais, awarded the Man & Biosphere label by UNESCO, 500m from the station. In the center of the suburbs, on a L.P.O. (League for the Protection of Birds) listed site, you can fish on site with your permit at the bottom of the garden in the marsh. Establishment hosting the War 14-18 Centenary.
Holiday cottage adjoining the owners, first floor + 1st floor. Private enclosed grounds, courtyard terrace, garden, rowing boat available. Barnyard and animals.
This Holiday cottage has been awarded the "Fishing Accommodation" qualification by the Pas-de-Calais Fishing Federation.
First floor: Separate kitchen, living room, dining room, pellet stove. 1 bathroom (walk-in shower, 1 vanity unit, 1 washing machine), 1 separate toilet.
1st floor accessible by spiral staircase: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 + 2 beds 90x190), baby equipment .
Wifi connection.
Enclosed private parking with Location for one vehicle. Electric vehicle charging station 100 m away.
Charges included: Pets allowed free of charge.
Charges not included: bed linen rental, end-of-stay cleaning service. Pellets for stove extra at current rate.

Kees Nice little place
Nice small place where we got a warm welcome. There is a parking spot behind the gite and a cosy living room. Only minor was the pellet burner that could not be regulated. Therefore the temperature was not always comfortable (mainly it was comfortable)
The kitchen is good equiped and has a gas-stove and micro wave as well as other equipment.- Cleanliness

Jfb Typique et chaleureux
Le gîte est chaleureux et jouis d'une localisation typique dans le fameux marais audomarois.
La place de parking est un plus.
L'accueil est très chaleureux par les propriétaires passionnés par leur région et leur patrimoine, nous reviendrons certainement si nos pas nous ramènent dans ce si joli pas de Calais.- Cleanliness

Mamie fêtes de fin d'année
Accueil sympathique des propriétaires pour ce gîte très simple et "dans son jus" au prix modique justifié. Cependant à réserver aux personnes en bonne condition physique qui ne craindront ni l'escalier en colimaçon, ni l'antique clic-clac très bas faisant office de fauteuil, ni le lit équipé d'un matelas ancien très fin.Chauffage pellets utilisable seulement par plages horaires programmées à l'avance car le mode "thermostat", selon le propriétaire, use prématurément la mèche qui "coûte cher à changer..."donc alternent les périodes trop chaudes ou trop froides Sans doute un gite plus confortable en période estivale

Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous avons demandé à ce que l'escalier en colimaçon soit précisé clairement dans le descriptif. Jusqu'à présent, cet équipement n'avait jamais été considéré comme problématique.Le clic-clac est de taille standard et le matelas du lit est un Bultex en bon état, mais un fauteuil vous a été amené pour plus de confort. Concernant le chauffage à pellets, son fonctionnement et son réglage vous ont été expliqués. Au vu de vos besoins, le gîte Chez Batistin aurait sans doute été plus adapté. Cordialement,

Katzenurlaub nächstes Jahr wieder
Wir lieben das Haus, den Garten die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber. Wir planen das Haus im nächsten Jahr wieder zu buchen, denn es liegt hervorragend, um sich St-Omer anzusehen und das Marais Audomarois zu erkunden. Ich empfehle das Haus sehr - würde mich aber eine etwas bequemere Couch und eine besser ausgestattete Küche wünschen.
