First floor: living room/equipped kitchen (electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), living room with 100cm flat-screen TV and 1 sofa. Dryer shared with owner. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190), shower room with 1 shower (90x90) and 1 vanity unit. 1 separate WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140x190 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90x190 single beds + 1 crib. Bathroom with shower (90X90), 1 washbasin and 1 toilet.
Cot and baby equipment. Fibre installed.
Courtyard and enclosed grounds of 2000 m². Private enclosed parking (electric gate) for 3 cars.
Bike and motorcycle shed

Très bon séjour au gîte et accueil chaleureux. La literie est très bonne et le gîte au calme, le jardin très agréable. Nous avons pu profiter d'Arras et ses alentours facilement. Nous gardons l'adresse en tête pour d'autres séjours dans la région.
