Our country cottage can accommodate up to 15 people. Built from local stone, it combines authenticity and modernity. Located in Landrethun le Nord, a village of 1,400 inhabitants with several local activities: garage, hairdresser, bakery, supermarket, bar, brasserie.
Tourism and Handicaps label (motor, hearing, visually impaired, mentally handicapped).
13 km from Cap Blanc Nez and 19 km from Cap Gris Nez (Grand Site de France), welcome to Aux Sentiers.
Calais-Frethun TGV station 10 minutes away. Channel Tunnel for a trip to England by ferry or Eurostar 17 km. Boulogne sur Mer (Nausicaa, Europe's largest aquarium) 23 km and Le Touque-Paris Plage seaside resort 59 km. Lille 124 km. Marais audomarois 38 km.
Holiday cottage (240 m²) attached to a residence, with a 70 m² southwest-facing terrace featuring a barbecue, patio furniture, and lounge chairs. Private parking for 3 cars on a fenced-in 1,000 m² property. Lovely 800 m² garden with a swing.
Ground floor: underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, pool table area, living room with TV, 1 bedroom for guests with limited mobility (1 bed 140 x 190) with a bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet), 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom (walk-in shower and 2 sinks).
Upstairs (5 bedrooms): gas heating, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 90x190, 2 bedrooms with 1 bed 140x190. 1 bedroom with 2 beds (140 x 190) and 1 bed (90x190). 1 bathroom (walk-in shower + 2 sinks). 1 separate toilet. A sink in 4 bedrooms
Maximum of 2 dogs with the owner’s permission. Security deposits are to be paid directly to the owner upon arrival.

fabien Un gîte sympa avec du potentiel
Les points positifs :
Le gîte est spacieux, avec un grand terrain clos, idéal pour les enfants comme pour les adultes. On s’y sent bien et les chambres sont spacieuses.Les améliorations à apporter :
La cuisine mérite d’être repensée : l’évier est trop petit et les accessoires (plats, casseroles, etc.) ne sont pas adaptés à un usage collectif (nous étions plus de 10 personnes par repas).
Même constat pour la buanderie : l’aspirateur manque d’efficacité et le lave-linge (6 kg) n’est pas adapté à la capacité d’accueil du logement.C’est dommage, car ces détails gâchent un peu l’appréciation globale du séjour, alors que le gîte ne manque pas de charme et a un gros potentiel.

Myr Aux Sentiers génial
Super séjour dans une très belle maison avec de belles prestations.. tout est prévu pour les petits comme pour les grands.
Propriétaire très agréable et souriante
Village agréable à une quinzaine de minutes de la plage , de belles balades et de belles visites à proximité de la maison

Vikki v Wonderful Stay
It was our second time in this gite - it was marvellous - Very clean, lovely bathrooms, a treat left for us in the fridge. It is perfectly positioned to visit local towns and the beach. We loved every moment there with our whole family.

Les amis Une belle région à découvrir !
Gîte adapté par la surface à un groupe de 11 personnes, malgré quelques imperfections (qualité des couverts, verres dépareillés, chaises trop basses...).
Nous avons néanmoins passé un excellent séjour dans une région qui gagne à être connue.- Cleanliness

Gite spacieux, confortable et propre
Situé a la sortie du village nous pouvons voir du jardin au loin la mer . Le paysage entre terre et mer est jolie . Tout est prévu en terme d accessoires pour la vie quotidienne.petit bémol sur la robinetterie en général desserrer ou entartré mais rien de bien méchant et un canapé souiller par d autres vacancier qui pourrais au moins être recouvert d une housse ou plaid car même netoyer l aspect visuel est pas terrible .
sinon franchement un gîte où il fait bon vivre , nous le recommandons sans soucis- Cleanliness
