Aux petits pavés is a charming studio apartment where you can easily enjoy the city: restaurants, cafés, shops, train station 3km away, cinema, are all within easy reach. Brightness, calm and a comfortable bed will make your stay very pleasant, whether for business or pleasure, solo or as a couple.

Gîte located in a quiet area with good public transport links, close to Arras town center.

The Louvre-Lens Museum is 23km away, the Loisinord water sports center 32km, and you're also close to major cities such as Lille (52 km), Stade Pierre Mauroy (Décathlon Aréna 50 km), Carvin (35km) and Bapaume (21 km). Amiens, with its cathedral and city center, is 62 km away.

The 25 m² studio is designed to accommodate two people and features a furnished, flower-filled outdoor terrace with patio furniture, a barbecue, and one private parking space.

On the ground floor: an 8 m² fully equipped kitchen (electric oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, 80 cm TV), a bathroom with a 90x90 cm walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet. Washing machine and dryer in a laundry room with a toilet.

Upstairs: one 15 m² bedroom with a 160x200 bed; a Baby bed, high chair, walk-in closet, and a sofa bed for one kid are available upon request.

Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Pets are not allowed in the holiday cottage.

The price includes: electricity and heating—20 kW/day included (140 kW/week; additional usage billed separately). Bed linen is provided. Daily housekeeping is included in the rental.
The price does not include: full cleaning service for businesses, a €40 surcharge every 15 days, and bath linens.
