Aux petits pavés is a charming studio apartment where you can easily enjoy the city: restaurants, cafés, shops, train station 3km away, cinema, are all within easy reach. Brightness, calm and a comfortable bed will make your stay very pleasant, whether for business or pleasure, solo or as a couple.

Gîte located in a quiet area with good public transport links, close to Arras town center.

The Louvre-Lens Museum is 23km away, the Loisinord water sports center 32km, and you're also close to major cities such as Lille (52 km), Stade Pierre Mauroy (Décathlon Aréna 50 km), Carvin (35km) and Bapaume (21 km). Amiens, with its cathedral and city center, is 62 km away.

Unoverlooked gîte with 150 m² fully enclosed grounds.
The 25 m² studio sleeps two, with a flower-filled terrace outside, complete with garden furniture, barbecue and 1 private parking space.

First floor: 8 m2 fitted and equipped kitchen (electric oven, vitro hob, microwave, 80 cm TV), bathroom with 90x90 cm Italian shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Washing machine and dryer in a laundry room with WC.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom of 15 m2 with 1 bed 160x200, possibility of a cot, high chair, dressing room, convertible sofa for 1 child.

Free Wifi fiber. Pets are not allowed in the gîte.

Charges included: electricity and heating 20 kw/day free (140 kw/week, invoicing beyond that). Bed linen provided. Daily cleaning included.
Charges not included: full cleaning service for companies, €40 supplement every 15 days, bathroom linen.
