Located in the Audomarois marshes, a magical and unique site in the Parc Naturel Régional des Caps et Marais d'Opale, this is the only French market garden marsh still in operation. Over 3731 hectares, including 700 kms of waterways, 1,700 species of flora and fauna have been identified. You can navigate the 170 km of waterways in boats, bacoves (traditional boats) or touring boats.

Holiday cottage for 10 people, 140 m², adjoining the owners' house, not overlooked, with outdoor heated Piscine 4m X 8m X 1m50 deep, uncovered, accessible from early May to late September.

First floor: Living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and TV, opening onto dining area for 10 people. Independent, fully-equipped kitchen (4-burner hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer...). 1st bedroom with 140x190 bed and 2 Bunk beds. Bathroom with 90x90 shower, bath, washbasin, washing machine and dryer. Separate WC.
