Lin et l'hôte

Located in southern Oise, on the Paris-Lille axis, surrounded by the towns of Senlis, Chantilly and Compiègnes. "Lin et l'hôte" is a charming, totally independent 1900s stone house. You'll be welcomed by the owners, who have tastefully renovated this gîte and furnished it with cosy, refined, authentic comfort for a business stay or family relaxation for 4 people.

The Holiday cottage has 4 levels:
On the first floor, a large garage with part converted into a summer lounge, the entrance hall, the kitchen (dishwasher, traditional oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer) and the living room.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a 2x80*190cm double bed and the second with a 2x90*190 king-size bed. Separate WC with washbasin;
On the second floor, a TV room with DVD player, a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Basement: cellar, boiler room and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. A quiet approval garden (150m2) invites you to relax, and garden furniture and a barbecue are at your disposal. All utilities included in the price.
