Christelle and Philippe open the doors to their island of greenery and calm in the heart of Gouvieux, just 45km from Paris.
This charming and comfortable gite is a delightful blend of character, old world charm and contemporary decor.
The century-old building has retained its original chestnut beams.
They are the central element around which they have organized the spaces and colors to create a welcoming cocoon.
Its location is ideal for discovering the southern Oise region and its jewels, just 4 km from Château de Chantilly, 15 km from Senlis and its cobbled streets, 25 km from Parc Astérix, 25 km from Abbaye de Chaalis and 35 km from CDG airport. Close to all amenities: supermarket 50 m away, bakeries 50 m away, supermarket 200 m away.
Plug available for recharging your electric vehicle (slow-charge plug).
Cot and high chair available.
Optional cleaning during your stay: 50€.
This 95m² gite has been totally renovated to welcome you, and is located in the extension of the owners' house.
It has private enclosed parking and the owners' 500m² garden is entirely at your disposal.
"Lilau" is arranged on 2 levels with 3 bathrooms.
On the ground floor, you'll find a large living room with dining area, fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave), living room with large-screen TV (fiber-optic box) and fireplace (gas), separate toilet, a 2-person bedroom (160x200 cm) with private open-plan shower room.
Upstairs you'll find 2 double bedrooms (160x200cm), each with its own private bathroom and toilet.
There's also a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor games (trampoline, badminton).
For your convenience, beds are made up on arrival, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and utilities are included.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait à 5 au Gîte Lilau.
Le gîte en lui-même est magnifique, avec une décoration très soignée qui crée immédiatement une atmosphère chaleureuse. Un point fort indéniable pour un groupe : les trois chambres disposant chacune de leur propre salle de bain privée, offrant ainsi un réel confort et une intimité appréciable pour tout le monde.
Les propriétaires sont charmants, attentionnés et d'une grande flexibilité, ce qui rend l'accueil d'autant plus agréable. Cerise sur le gâteau : le gîte est situé dans une région splendide, idéale pour se ressourcer.
Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Parfait. Excellent accueil, une hôtesse aux petits soins. Le gîte est magnifique, la décoration très belle, choisie avec goût. Le gîte est situé en plein centre mais sans les inconvénients, très calme. Je recommande vivement.

DCOURSIS Une très belle maison, au confort parfait !
Un court séjour de 2 nuits dans cette jolie maison, au confort, propreté et équipement "parfait".
Rien ne manque pour un très agréable séjour, qu'il soit de quelques jours ou une semaine ou plus.
L'accueil des propriétaires est très agréable, avec tous les renseignements utiles et nécessaires.Le village en cette période de fêtes de fin d'année est très décoré et très animé !
Chantilly est son superbe château (un must incontournable) sont à 10/15 minutes.- Cleanliness

Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois au gîte Lilau pour une escapade en famille. Le lieu est parfait, très bien équipé, la décoration est incroyable, tout le confort est là et le village est charmant. Les commerces comme la boulangerie et la boucherie sont littéralement au bout de l'impasse menant au logement. Le château de Chantilly est à 9 min. Les hôtes sont charmants et serviables. Je ne peux que vous le recommander, on s'y sent comme à la maison !

Big birthday A week in Lilau
The house is beautifully upkept and very fashionable yet also practical. It is situated in an attractive village with all shops you would need nearby and walkable. The hosts are very friendly and helpful and have a good knowledge of the area. We loved our stay at Lilau and would strongly recommend this property to anyone. We would love to return there sometime.
